Project Context
We present Flash Kids, a flash card-based mobile application specifically designed to help children learn in a fun, interactive and easy to understand way. We believe that the best learning process is when children feel happy, so they grasp and remember the material more quickly. Through Flash Kids, children can learn various things ranging from letters, numbers, colors, shapes, animals, to new vocabulary with interesting visuals and supporting sounds. Interactive features such as simple quizzes and game modes make the learning process less boring. For parents, this application is also an effective tool to help children learn at home, anytime and anywhere. For us, Flash Kids is not just an educational application, but a learning companion that helps build children's knowledge base in a fun, creative and enthusiastic way.
The Challenge
Children easily get bored with conventional learning methods, so they have difficulty focusing and are slow to remember basic material such as letters, numbers, colors, shapes and animals.
Our Engineered Solution
We built Flash Kids as an Android-based flash card application with attractive visuals, supporting sounds, simple quizzes, and game modes. This interactive approach makes children learn happily, so the material is easier to understand and remember.
