Project Context

We present the Community Applications Web App as a digital solution to simplify the process of submitting various types of applications online. So far, people often experience problems in processing documents or services due to time-consuming manual processes, long queues, and a lack of transparency. With this app, we want to provide a faster, more efficient and more accessible experience. Through the Public Application Web App, users can submit applications directly from their devices, complete supporting documents, and enter application status in real-time. All data is stored safely, organized and can be accessed at any time without having to come directly to the service office. For us, this application is not just an administrative tool, but a bridge to strengthen communication between the community and related agencies, creating public services that are more transparent, modern and responsive to citizens' needs.
