Project Context

We built the Papua SPK Letter as a digital platform that makes it easier to manage, issue and monitor Work Order Letters (SPK) in Papua. So far, the SPK administration process often takes time because it is still done manually, so it is prone to delays and is less efficient. Through this website, we want to present a more practical, faster and transparent solution. With the Papua SPK Letter, users can create, send and store SPK documents online, complete with neat recording features and a digital archive system. We also provide an informative dashboard to convey work status, make coordination easier, and ensure every job is well documented. For us, Surat SPK Papua is not just an administrative application, but a real step towards digitizing services so that they are more efficient, accurate and accessible at any time.
